DESIGN PROCESS
1. Place Your Order: Upload a photo of your pet, choose your size and color, and our artists will get to work on your custom illustration.
2. Preview Your Design: We'll send you a preview of your artwork to make sure it captures your pet just right.
3. Unlimited Revisions: Request as many changes as you'd like until the design feels exactly how you imagined it.
4. Production: Once approved, we'll produce your order locally and prepare it for shipping.
5. Shipping: Your order ships straight to your door. For estimated delivery times, check our Shipping Policy.
Design Preview (1-4 days) - Once your order is placed, you'll receive a preview straight to your inbox within 1 to 4 days.
Production (1-3 days) - Once you approve the design, production takes 1 to 3 days.
Shipping (4-6 days) - Your order is packaged and shipped after production. Delivery typically takes 4 to 6 days.
All timeframes refer to business days.
Yes! The number of pets depends on the product:
- Hoodies, sweatshirts, T-shirts, mugs and caps: Up to 2 pets.
- Kids' products: 1 pet.
- Prints: Up to 3 pets.

Because each piece is handmade, we're unable to provide previews before you place an order. That said, we offer unlimited revisions and won't ship until you've fully approved the design - so you can be sure it meets your expectations 100%.

Yes! At the moment, we only create illustrations of pets. However, we're working with our artists to expand our collection and hope to offer illustrations of people and other subjects in the future.

A few quick tips to help you get the best result:
- Shoot in good, natural lighting
- Get down to your pet's eye level
- Move in close to capture their unique features
- Make sure the shot is sharp, not blurry
- Keep everything in frame — don't crop out ears or other key details
Once your order is placed, our team personally reviews every photo. If anything needs fixing, we'll email you right away.
Every design is embroidered using one thread color. Multi-color embroidery isn't something we're able to offer just yet.
SHIPPING & PAYMENT
We currently ship to the United Stated, Canada and Australia.
Depending on your order, it may arrive in more than one parcel - though in most cases, everything ships together in a single package.
Shipping times for USA and Canada: Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days.
Shipping times for Australia: Estimated delivery time is 6–15 business days.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled, as it is a personalized product.
If your item arrives damaged, we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

We won’t produce or ship anything until you’ve fully approved the design. If you feel a different photo would work better, we can update the artwork for you.
